A tax credit may be paid later, VAT may be recovered after spend, and a contracted receivable may only become payable on delivery or at a defined milestone.

Bridge loans can support producers where the repayment source is visible, documented and expected within a defined timetable, but the production needs liquidity earlier. This may include funding gaps during preparation, principal photography, post-production, delivery or closing of the final financing plan.
Each project is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We look at the finance plan, repayment source, legal documentation, production budget, cashflow, delivery timetable, completion risk, counterparty quality and proposed security package before discussing a structure.
